Ingredients

Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
Evaporated Milk 12 oz
instant coffee 1 tbsp
eggs 3
vanilla extract 2 tsp

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°
  2. add foil cupcake liners to your cupcake pan and coat with non-stick spray.
  3. Gently mix sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  4. Warm your evaporated milk and mix instant coffee until fully dissolved.
  5. Add to egg and milk mixture, mix together.
  6. Pour mixture evenly into your cupcake liners.
  7. Bake from 30-35 minutes.
