red bell pepper, diced 1

  1. preheat oven to 350°
  2. in a small bowl, beat eggs, mix in sugar and soy sauce; set aside
  3. in a large bowl, combine pork, beef and veggies
  4. add egg mixture and season with a pinch of black pepper
  5. Evenly divide the meat mixture between two sheets of aluminum foil about 115 inches long
  6. spread out to about a 10″x6″ rectangle
  7. add 2 boiled eggs and 3-4 Vienna sausages for filling
  8. roll meat into a log and twist the ends together ensuring meat is tightly packed
  9. bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until internal temp of 165° is reached
  10. let cool 20-30 minutes before unwrapping
