Ingredients

ground beef 1 lb
onion, diced 1/2
beef base 4 tsp
water 4 cups
pasta, shells 5 oz
sour cream 4 oz
cream cheese 2 oz
can mushrooms (6.5 oz) 2
garlic 3 cloves
paprika 2 tsp
salt and pepper

Directions

  1. in a medium stop pot, Brown ground beef, drain; set aside
  2. cook onion and garlic till translucent
  3. add water, beefbase, paprika. bring to boil
  4. add pasta and bring to boil
  5. cover and cook over medium heat about 20 minutes, until pasta cooked and very little sauce remaining
  6. stir in sour cream and cream cheese
  7. season with salt/pepper to taste
